Best Home Renovation with Addition - 3rd Place

For this home update Jameswood Homes was instructed to enlarge and modernize kitchen, laundry, pantry, foyer, dining and living rooms, add a new deck to the north and west, and create a games/sports room for kids in basement addition.

The owners had an existing issue with mould and Jameswood Homes worked under the directive “make our house a safe, inviting and beautiful place to call home”

Jameswood Homes used a mould sniffing canine to determine the extent of the mould damage; this avoided “extra” surprises during construction and ensured the safety of the home owners, our staff and other site visitors.

The addition included a barrel roof that was structurally engineering to integrate it with the existing roof, a basement, and a large open plan kitchen.
